The neighbors are amazing and so sweet here . Everyone helps everyone , It’s like family here!!
In reply to Mark….First, Jay is not the one making the design choices. He is hired to do a job and does it very well. The choices are made by the owners of the development. Second, there have been multiple HOA meetings in the development to go over many details but you have chosen to not attend any. The HOA is to assure that codes are being followed to maintain our development and value. Most people are happy to have the HOA and follow the codes.
It is not the HOA or construction that will drive down the value of our community but false negative reviews like yours!!!
Third, you are not a homeowner in our community and are not stuck here as you say. If it is so bad, you do have an option of moving on. This is a very friendly and supportive neighborhood.
