The Orchards of Central Park will be located in Cumming, Georgia about 43 miles from downtown Atlanta, putting residents in easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.

Residents will be close to any daily conveniences they need, including a Kroger, Walmart, and Costco right outside the community and Barnett’s Super Market and Sprouts Farmers Market just down the street. Nearby pharmacies will include Walmart Pharmacy and CVS. The closest shopping mall will be the 311,396-square-foot Cumming Town Center.
