Doucette Homes, Inc. began construction of Altura in 2000. Upon completion, this active adult community will consist of 240 low-maintenance townhomes and single-family homes.

Homebuyers can choose from three different townhome floor plans that offer 934 to 1,443 square feet of living space. These attached, single-level townhomes are built in buildings of four or six units. Altura’s townhomes offer one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a one-car garage.

There are five single-family home floor plans offered within Altura. Ranging from 1,680 to 2,675 square feet, these homes offer two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Many homes feature dens that can be utilized as an additional bedroom. There are even some homes that have casita options, which are perfect for visits from friends and family.

In 2017, Miramonte Homes began offering five single-family home floor plans from their Miramonte at Altura home collection. They range in size from 1,294 square feet to 2,265 square feet of living space. These homes offer one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. All homes in this collection are positioned in a quad plan that features common driveways and auto courts. Some floor plans offer a den.
