Villas are attached duplexes with two to three bedrooms, one to two-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages, and back patios for outdoor living.

Homebuyers who prefer detached homes can also choose from available single-family homes. These thoughtfully designed homes feature open floor plans with two to three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Some models also have additional rooms which can be used as a den or extra bedroom.

Membership

Membership is required to use the community’s impressive facilities, but several membership options let residents choose the level that will best meet their needs. At the heart of the community, Aberdeen Golf & Country Club boasts a 40,000 square-foot clubhouse providing a central location for residents to mingle, enjoy the resort-style amenities, or dine at the casually elegant Oasis Cafe.

At the clubhouse, members can join clubs and classes or take part in parties and special events in the multipurpose ballroom. The state-of-the-art fitness center features cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as an aerobics and dance studio for fitness classes.
