Sweetwater – Jacksonville, Florida

Sweetwater is a 55+ community by Del Webb and perfect for singles who are looking to meet people and have some fun. There are 950 single-family homes, condos, and attached villas and carriage homes priced in the low $200s to the low $400s range.

Residents from all over the world have moved to Sweetwater, giving the residents in this community an interesting and diverse set of neighbors. In addition to gorgeous landscaping and fantastic amenities, there’s a social singles club, as well as a singles and friends group, where residents and their guests gather to get to know one another better.

Sweetwater is located just outside of downtown Jacksonville, which is one of the largest cities in Florida and provides a ton of date night opportunities. Check out a show at the Florida Theatre or buy some candy at Sweet Pete’s, which has a dessert bar and an entire display of malt balls that—almost—look too pretty to eat.

Lake Ashton – Lake Wales, Florida

The most popular clubs at Lake Ashton are the book club, computer club, and current affairs group.
