Builder Shea Homes recently unveiled two new model homes in Trilogy at Ocala Preserve, an active lifestyle community in Central Florida. Interested buyers can also attend Trilogy’s Quick Move-in Home Open House event on Saturday, July 15th from 11am to 3pm. All of the community’s quick move-in homes will be on display and open to the public for self-guided tours.

One of the new models is the Rome floor plan from the Riviera Collection. It offers 1,463 square feet of living space and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Rome model, which is priced starting in the high $100s, features a functional design that provides a spacious layout with a kitchen that opens into the dining area as well as a large living room, den, and lanai.

The Connect floor plan is from the Freedom Collection and offers 1,862 square feet of living space. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Base pricing starts in the low $200s. The Connect model features a long foyer, open-concept kitchen with a spacious island, professional appliances, great room, formal dining room, and adjoining laundry room. The master suite also comes with his and hers vanities as well as a walk-in closet and spa-like shower.

In addition to new model homes, Trilogy at Ocala Preserve has also just released eight brand new homesites, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Active adult homebuyers can visit the community to schedule a private tour to see the new model homes and homesites in person. The model homes are open seven days a week.
