In development since 2007 by John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Cadence is comprised of single-family homes. These offer sophisticated main-floor living with open floor plans between 2,225 and 3,075 square feet. These homes have two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathroom to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. All models have elegant outdoor courtyards, ideal for gardening or entertaining, and feature gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops. These spacious floor plans also include guest bedrooms and second floor bonus rooms.
Cadence Lifestyle
Cadence provides a desirable club lifestyle with many opportunities for relaxation, recreation, socialization, and fitness pursuits. Residents can participate in neighborhood socials, team trivia games, movie nights, personal training workshops and diverse holiday celebrations. Fitness classes include yoga, tai chi and Pilates.
Residents also regularly meet for dominoes, bridge, mah jongg and ladies bunco night. Other activities like bus trips, ladies bible study, karaoke and card games help fill the events calendar. Homeowners can also choose the neighborhood club as a locale when they want to host their own gatherings.

Cadence is in a suburban area in Cherokee County, surrounded by scenic foliage and horse farms. It is within 10 minutes of I-575, which makes it convenient to shops, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. Cadence has met our expectations for the most part although I do wish the houses were spaced a bit further apart from each other. The grounds are really nice and the clubhouse is well done. We golf and play tennis a lot over at Woodmont, the restaurant there is good for lunch too.
