The Overlook at Old Atlanta is a new 55+ community in Suwanee, GA. This gated age-restricted neighborhood will provide a rich lineup of indoor and outdoor amenities that keep active adults busy and social. Builder Jim Chapman Communities plans to develop 74 attached villas and 54 single-family homes in this vibrant, close-knit setting.
