The Avalon is one of the newer floor plans, with 2,695 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and flex space. This model also features an attached three-car garage. . Three different variations of this model are available and all of them have an open floor plan, an expansive front porch, and a formal dining room. 

The Bacara is a 3,077 square-foot model with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and an attached three-car garage. The gourmet kitchen includes an island with seating and an entryway to the ample outdoor living space. The master suite includes a bathroom with dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. 

The Sonrisa model is a 3,118-square-foot plan that includes two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and an attached three-car split garage. This home features an open floor plan, a spacious kitchen, and a master suite with two walk-in closets. In addition to the outdoor living space in the back of the house, there is a courtyard in the front.
