Designed for active adults aged 55 and older, Wildflowers at Hillview provides scenic living in Pennsylvania’s beautiful Chester County. This popular community features diverse homes in both single-family and attached designs, as well as five welcoming recreation centers. Its location in Coatesville is within easy reach of golf courses, historic sites, shopping areas, and other regional attractions.

Residences

Wildflowers at Hillview was opened in 2003, by Orleans Homes, with plans for a total of 672 homes. These homes are currently available on both a new construction and resale basis, and their low-maintenance floor plans were designed to meet the needs of older homebuyers.

Attached homes in Wildflowers at Hillview include ranch-style villas and multi-level townhomes. Villas are arranged in quad formations, featuring floor plans from 1,529 to 1,659 square feet. They offer main-level living with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while an optional second-story loft includes space for a third bedroom and bathroom. They also feature attached two-car garages.

The community offers many townhomes in a wide variety of styles with sizes that typically range from 1,332 to 2,139 square feet. Depending on the model, townhomes may include two or three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. While most townhomes are now only available on a resale basis, one model is still offered as a new construction home.

Homebuyers who prefer a detached single-family home can also choose from styles that range from 1,448 to 2,311 square feet. Single-family homes throughout the community are designed for main-level living with first-floor master bedrooms suites, although many have optional second-story lofts as well. Floor plans typically include two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

Amenities

Beyond its beautiful homes, Wildflowers at Hillview provides an exciting array of social and recreational amenities. The community’s newest and largest facility, The Clubhouse, is a perfect place to mingle with neighbors and attend social events. This 16,000-square-foot amenity center includes a spacious ballroom, a catering kitchen, rooms for crafts, games and billiards, and two poker tables.

When residents want to work out, they can visit the community’s Fitness Center. This facility offers cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pool and spa areas. For additional outdoor activity, the community grounds also include two tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and a community garden. 

Three additional buildings host more space for recreational activities: The Lodge, The Cabin and The Cottage. These charming facilities invite residents to relax with friends or attend special events. Together, they provide many amenities including social event areas, libraries, a tech center, hobby and game rooms, a bocce court, horseshoe pits, and a picnic grove.
