National homebuilder Lennar Homes won multiple awards at the 31st Annual Sales and Marketing Gala last month. The award ceremony was hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association and was held at the Golden Nugget Casino, Hotel and Marina.

Lennar won a total of nine awards at the event, one of which was for its active adult community in Barnegat, NJ. The builder received the Community of the Year Grand Award for Venue at Lighthouse Station, which is a new 55+ community in Ocean County. Lennar broke ground in this active adult community in 2017 and plans to offer a total of 247 single-family homes as well as a well-appointed clubhouse with resort-style amenities. Lennar also received a second Community of the Year Grand Award for its all-ages community - The Hills by Lennar in Rockaway, NJ.

In addition to Lennar’s two Community of the Year Grand Awards, the builder was also honored for Best Sales Office and Best Signage for Venue at Lighthouse Station.

“We’re honored to receive recognition for these marketing endeavors,” said Anthony Mignone in a press release, President of Lennar’s Tri-State Division. “We would like to take this opportunity to thank our marketing team at Design 446, as well as Deanna’s Interiors, Bowman Engineering and City Invincible (formerly Alberto & Associates). We would also like to thank the NJBA for acknowledging our work.”
