Luxurious Homes

The gated 55+ Four Seasons at Hemet was built by K. Hovnanian between 2003 and 2011. Although the community features the same resort-style amenities found in larger developments, its 1,106 single-family homes create a mid-sized neighborhood where residents can easily get to know one another. The scenic beauty of Four Seasons at Hemet includes lush landscaping and majestic views of the San Jacinto mountains.

The community’s affordable single-family homes were built in a wide range of styles and sizes. Floor plans begin at 1,444 square feet and the largest homes nearly double that size with designs over 2,700 square feet. Designs commonly feature open floor plans and spacious master bedroom suites. Each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Four Seasons at Hemet originally offered homes in four distinct collections, each with their own defining highlights. In the Legends Collection, compact homes (1,444 to 1,556 square feet) feature front porches, side courtyards, and rear-loading garages. Homes in the Masters Collection are a bit larger (1,743 to 1,874 square feet) and are designed with more private side entrances. The Invitationals Collection homes (1,772 to 2,090 square feet) have even more space as well as an additional den or third bedroom. The largest homes (2,290 to 2,775 square feet) in the Championships Collection are ideal for those who entertain guests. One model even offers an attached casita.
