Heather Glen’s townhomes offer 1,500 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and an attached two-car garage.
Home to a variety of desirable amenities, Heather Glen has a spacious 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with multipurpose and meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a community kitchen where residents can enjoy cooking a meal and socializing together. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, a blueberry garden, and a fishing lake with a dock. There’s also an organized fishing club for neighbors who want to fish together, and pet owners will appreciate the community’s dog park.

Active adults who want to retire in one of the South’s most popular coastal destinations should have Myrtle Beach’s Meridian - Express Homes on their radar. Along with its desirable location, Meridian will feature a wide selection of single-family homes with 10 floor plans for potential homeowners to choose between.
The plans offer 1,343 to 2,713 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Several of the layouts also offer flex space that can also be used as an extra bedroom, office, or storage space.
Meridian Express Homes also has a long list of amenities for homeowners to enjoy, including an amenity center with a clubhouse, a community room, and a fire pit where residents can cozy up and socialize with fireside cocktails. Additionally, the development includes a pool, a hot tub, a pickleball court, and walking and biking trails. Homeowners who like playing pickleball will appreciate that the community plays host to an organized team.
High $200s - Low $400s
Northwoods Villas is a small community built by Executive Construction Homes in the town of Elgin. Upon completion, it will have a total of 39 new, single-family homes with seven models available to homebuyers.
These models range from 1,850 to 2,967 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. A number of the layouts offer buyers flex space that can be used as an additional guest room, storage, or an office.
Residents will have access to a host of amenities, such as a clubhouse with multipurpose rooms and a ballroom. With access to an outdoor pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and a golf course, getting in shape and staying active will be a breeze for residents. For those who want to stay involved in the community and mingle with neighbors, there are a number of organized clubs and interest groups, including golf, tennis, and swim teams.
