It's made up of only 45 single-family homes that are available as both new construction and resale. Potential buyers can choose between two floor plans, which range from 1,506 to 1,700 square feet.

Amenities at Executive Courtyards at Lake Carolina include a lake house that features a lounge with an indoor fireplace, multi-purpose rooms, and a prep kitchen. Located only 15 minutes from Downtown Columbia sits the small town of Lexington. There, you’ll find Lexington Villas, a 94-home development built by Epcon Communities. Lexington Villas has a mixture of single-family and attached homes that are on the market as resale-only.
