The Patio Villas offer 1,163 to 1,190 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage for one car and one golf cart. Bungalow Villas are attached homes available in seven floor plans with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Square footage starts at 1,157 and goes up to 1,667. There are also the Cabana Villas with 1,161 to 1,665 square feet, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached one-car garages with golf cart parking.
The Villages has 60,000 homes on more than 20,000 acres. Residents travel by golf cart to the various clubhouses, recreation centers, and community town squares. There are more than 200 retailers within the community, over 120 restaurants, and 80 pools. Fitness centers, as well as courts and fields for every imaginable sport, are available.
