The honor of the top selling age-restricted community in 2017 goes to the 10,636-home Holiday City at Berkeley. All homes are single-family and vary in size from 757 to 1,852 square feet of living space. They offer a great option to downsize and enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle.
The community is so large it features two clubhouses for all members and four other clubhouses among the neighborhoods in Holiday City. Amenities include bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, auditoriums, outdoor pools, and community transit.
Leisure Village West – Manchester
The first of three Leisure village communities to rank in our top ten list, Leisure Village West features affordable attached homes. With 2,692 homes and 21 floor plans to choose from every buyer will find what they need. There are so many amenities in the community that it takes a while for residents to experience them all. The amenities include three clubhouses, two nine-hole golf courses, various sports courts, and an exercise room.
Clearbrook – Monroe
Clearbrook is known as a great community for downsizing without having to give up the lifestyle you’re used to.
