A 696-acre enclave built by DiVosta in the popular Vero Beach area, the community includes 462 single-family and attached residences. Although Isles at Waterway Village is open to residents of all ages, its single-story homes were designed for the low-maintenance living which appeals to older residents.

Currently, homebuyers can choose from available resale homes for sale in both duplexes and detached styles. The two attached home models feature an open floor plan, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private lanai, as well as a choice between a den or third bedroom. The spacious owner’s suite includes a luxury bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a safe room. The home also has an attached two-car garage.

Single-family homes are available in two models: the Oakmont and the Carlyle. At about 2,000 square feet, the Oakmont floor plan has an open design where the kitchen leads into a dining nook and spacious great room. The three bedrooms include a large owner’s suite with a split master bathroom and safe room. The design also includes a second full bathroom, a laundry room, a separate den, a screened lanai, and a two-car garage.

The Carlyle’s larger floor plan (2,506 square feet) features a layout which is very similar to the Oakmont design. However, the Carlyle’s additional space provides more rooms, including a formal living room and dining room, as well as a fourth bedroom and third full bathroom. The Carlyle does not have a den.
