Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch – Wickenburg, AZ

Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch offers an impressive resort-style experience at The Golf & Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ. The clubhouse’s 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space hosts fine dining, recreation, and relaxation.

Residents enjoy dishes made from scratch with local ingredients at Jake’s Spoon before heading over to Jake’s Sip for craft cocktails and beer. Others can head to The Outpost after a swim for a burger hot off the grill at the poolside bar.

Serious golfers spend their weekends at Big Wick, named one of the top courses in Arizona by Golf Digest, while more casual players head to Li’l Wick for a lively round enhanced by beer, music, and lights.

The Club at Conterra also features an elegant coffee bar and room for cards and billiards.

In addition to a fully equipped fitness center, the clubhouse features a movement room for yoga and Pilates, two tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, and pickleball courts.

Homeowners can get a massage or facial treatment at The Spa at Bonterra or take a dip in the outdoor pool, which features lap lanes and a hot tub. Neighbors can warm themselves by the fire pit or have a barbecue in the outdoor kitchen area that includes two gas grills.  

Tidewater by Del Webb – Estero, FL

A new amenity center opened up at Tidewater by Del Webb in Estero, FL this past spring. This 13,000 square-foot clubhouse highlights the beauty of coastal living with an expansive pool area shaded by palm trees. A modern-style foyer with comfortable seating provides an elegant environment for residents to catch up with each other.

The clubhouse also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, activity room, catering kitchen, library, massage room, event lawn, community garden, dog park, and covered veranda with fireplace.

For outdoor recreation, residents have tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts to choose from. A covered outdoor bar overlooks a scenic lake with a fountain.  

The Springs of Mill Lakes – Opelika, AL

The Springs of Mill Lakes in Opelika, AL recently held their grand opening at the Owl’s Roost clubhouse, unveiling a limestone gryphon logo hearkening back to the time when the community was a recreation area for employees of a textile company.

The clubhouse features a large gathering lounge with a fireplace, catering kitchen, fitness center, multi-purpose room, and ballroom. Other amenities include a zero-entry pool, pickleball court, community garden, walking trails, and an event lawn.

Outdoor enthusiasts are sure to appreciate this community’s natural landscape. The clubhouse abuts a 45-acre wildlife sanctuary with two lakes: one stocked for fishing and another reserved for recreation.  

Esplanade at Starkey Ranch – Odessa, FL

An on-site lifestyle director keeps the new amenity center at Esplanade of Starkey Ranch abuzz with activity in Odessa, FL. Residents celebrate Oktoberfest with a bean bag toss tournament. Others meet for regular yoga, aqua aerobics, or even try their hand at karate. The book club and card club are also popular.

The beautiful 6,000 square-foot clubhouse features a fitness center, catering kitchen, recreation room for billiards and cards, and multipurpose rooms for clubs and crafts. Trilogy at Ocala Preserve in Ocala, FL recently opened a second clubhouse to complement The Tack House. The new 15,000 square-foot Oak House Resort Club includes a grand living room for socializing, state-of-the-art fitness center, and day spa and salon.

Classic American cuisine is served at Salted Brick while Chef’s Table creates a private dining experience for special occasions. Residents can take a cooking class at the culinary studio, Rose Farm’s Kitchen, or head to the Eagle’s Nest for poker or billiards.

The Lakeside Veranda offers a bar with picturesque views of the community’s seven-acre lake and live music on Saturdays. Trilogy at Ocala Preserve also boasts a 24-hole golf course designed by professional golfer Tom Lehman.
