Fuquay-Varina’s newest 55+ community, Del Webb Carolina Gardens, officially released almost a dozen floor plans that’ll be available within the up-and-coming development. While final price points haven’t been announced as of publication, the community will host a VIP event during the month of August for prospective buyers to learn more about Del Webb Carolina Gardens’ new construction homes and the layouts that’ll be offered. Sales visits are by appointment only.

Upon completion, the age-restricted Carolina Gardens will feature a total of 800 new construction, single-family homes. There will be 11 distinct floor plans available that range from 1,284 to 2,710 square feet. Carolina Gardens’s Alpine floor plan offers 1,284 square feet and single-level living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The open layout is ideal for entertaining guests with a spacious kitchen that flows directly into a cafe area and gathering room. Additional options include an extended patio or screened patio, a sunroom, and walk-in attic storage in the garage. Contour floor plans are slightly larger than the Alpine with 1,343 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
The community’s Compass floor plan spans 1,403 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. This plan also has a number of customizable options, including an optional second-floor loft with a bedroom and bath, a garage extension, and a screened patio.
Prosperity plans also offer two bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The open layout stretches to 1,670 square feet with a spacious owner’s suite, a large gathering room, a cafe area, an open kitchen, and flex space. Buyers can also opt for additions like a loft with bedroom and bath, an extended screened patio, or a gathering room with a sunroom.
Homeowners looking for floor plans with more than two bedrooms have several options to consider, including Mystique homes, which are 1,809 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Or, Mainstay homes, which are 1,871 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The 1,858-square-foot Palmary floor plans are also a great option with open layouts that boast two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
There are also a variety of floor plans for potential residents looking for a lot of square footage to consider. Prestige homes are just over 2,000 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages, while Stardom homes are 2,179 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two- or three-car garage.
Stellar homes are the second-largest layouts in Del Webb Carolina Gardens, boasting 2,385 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The largest of the community’s 11 available floor plans is the Renown, which spans a total of 2,710 square feet and has three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to five bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
Along with the community’s wide variety of floor plans, final plans for Carolina Gardens include a vast selection of desirable resort-style amenities for homeowners to enjoy. The list of planned amenities includes a generously-sized, 25,000-square-foot amenities center that’ll boast an indoor pool, a multipurpose room, a craft room, and a workout room and fitness studios with cardio and weightlifting equipment.
Outdoors, homeowners will also find several other amenities, including a pool and sundeck area; bocce ball, tennis, and pickleball courts; a dog park; and an event lawn. There will also be a community garden on-site, plenty of parks and natural space, and walking and biking trails spread throughout the property for an outdoor workout.
