Construction Complete on The Pavilion at Ovation at Oak Tree

The Pavilion at Ovation at Oak Tree is now complete.

Located in Lacey, Washington, Ovation at Oak Tree has announced that its 4,500-square-foot clubhouse, The Pavilion, is completed. This spacious amenity will be open to residents of Ovation at Oak Tree and their guests. The facility boasts a state-of-the-art exercise room, a multipurpose gathering room, a catering kitchen, a covered outdoor patio, and an outdoor fire ring.

The Village Club

In addition to The Pavilion, residents of Ovation at Oak Tree will enjoy use of another, larger clubhouse called The Village Club. This proposed 15,000-square-foot-clubhouse will offer even more amenities to enjoy, including another fitness center with locker rooms, a spacious gathering room, and an indoor pool for laps, swim fitness classes, and more. There will also be a movement studio for fitness classes, and a catering kitchen as well as a gathering hall. Also planned for The Village Club is a large sports court, a sun deck, a BBQ area, a gazebo, and a covered patio. An event lawn will be constructed for outdoor parties and events, and paved walking and biking trails are also in the plans. Lastly, residents will be able to make use of a designated bird-watching area as well as a 40-acre nature preserve.

This 55+ community offers single-family homes priced from the low $500s to the high $600s. The community, built from 2017 to the present, has 750 homes with both new and resale homes currently for sale. The single-family homes offer five floor plans that range from 1,530 to 2,190 square feet. These homes, built by William Lyon Homes and now Taylor Morrison, offer two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some of the features offered in these newly built homes include gas line hook-ups for outdoor grills, Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats and garage door openers, low-maintenance fiber cement siding, and much more.
