Located just 30 miles from downtown Phoenix in Peoria, Trilogy at Vistancia is a luxurious age-restricted community designed to appeal to discerning active adult homebuyers. This upscale community was created by Shea Homes to feature resort-style living amid lush palm trees and scenic mountain views. Upon completion, the community will contain 2,450 residences, including homes built with the new SheaXero “no electric bill” package.

A Variety of Home Styles

Trilogy at Vistancia opened its doors in 2004 as part of the larger Vistancia master-planned community. Today, homebuyers can choose from available resale or new construction single-family homes for sale. The community currently offers a wide selection of floor plans ranging from 1,218 square feet to just over 3,000 square feet. Homes are divided into three different groups: the Natura Collection, the Veritas Collection, and the Vita Collection.

While Trilogy at Vistancia is known for offering highly stylized homes with many upscale features, Shea Homes has introduced a new series of floor plans to accommodate a wider range of homebuyers. The new Vacation Series of homes start from a more affordable price point and allow for flexibility in adding numerous options and upgrades. Trilogy at Vistancia’s original home designs are now considered part of the Traditional Series. Base models for these homes begin with top-of-the-line materials and high-end elements.

Energy-Efficient Homes

In addition to now including both the Vacation Series and Traditional Series of homes, Trilogy at Vistancia also offers the new SheaXero upgrade package. Through a series of carefully planned energy-efficient systems and features, SheaXero homes completely eliminate a monthly electric bill. These homes generate their own energy through a special solar power system and incorporate many energy saving elements such as low-E vinyl windows, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and superior insulation.

Adventurous Amenities

Of course, the homes are only part of the reason active adults are attracted to Trilogy at Vistancia. The community offers numerous amenities, beautiful grounds, and an exciting line-up of social and recreational activities.

The 35,000 square-foot Kiva Club is the heart of the community. The facility includes a state-of-the-art fitness center with strength-training and cardiovascular equipment, as well as a spacious studio for yoga, aerobics, and other fitness classes. Residents who love to swim or lounge poolside can enjoy both an indoor lap pool and an outdoor resort-style swimming pool.

Beyond fitness, the clubhouse offers diverse facilities such as hobby rooms, a library, a computer lab, and a movie theater. It is home to the full-service Alvea Spa and the community’s Center for Higher Learning. Residents can meet up for casually elegant dining at the Verde Grill, or grab coffee or a smoothie at the Cafe Solaz.

Sports Galore

Outdoors, the community amenities continue with the Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia. This par-72 championship course, designed by Gary Panks, stretches across 7,300 yards from its longest tees, offering beautiful backdrops and challenging play. Those who do not play golf can still enjoy outdoor amenities such as tennis courts, bocce courts, and a three-and-a-half mile Discovery Trail.

Whether homebuyers prefer to find an available resale home or customize their own new construction, Trilogy at Vistancia offers many fabulous possibilities. It is a beautiful, resort-style destination for 55+ residents who want an upscale active adult lifestyle.
