Opened by Toll Brothers in 2003, Hampton Hall is designed for residents of all ages. Highlights include an 18-hole championship golf course, lovely grounds and two amenity-rich clubhouses. Upon completion, the community will include 746 one-story and two-story single-family homes in a range of styles and sizes.


When it comes to homes, Hampton Hall’s single-family line-up includes six low-maintenance designs ranging from 2,103 to 2,917 square feet. Both one-story and two-story designs are available to meet the needs of many homebuyers.

Each model has a minimum of three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and a backyard patio. Most models also have a den or optional fourth bedroom, and the largest design includes three full bathrooms.

Homebuyers can currently choose from available resale and new construction homes. At the center of Hampton Hall, a 24,000 square-foot clubhouse welcomes residents with a wide range of social and recreational amenities. This inviting facility includes many places to socialize, such as a library, a billiards lounge, the Brasserie Dining Room and the Tavern Bar. Ample special event areas include a spacious multipurpose room, a 350-seat banquet room and a 14-seat private dining room.

Additionally, the Hampton Hall clubhouse features a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, an aerobics and dance studio, and an indoor swimming pool. After a workout, residents can also relax with services in the massage room or socialize on the screened lanai.

Outdoors, community recreations continue with a swimming pool, six tennis courts, two bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Active adult residents can stroll the lovely walking trails, gather by the outdoor firepit or take their grandkids to the community playground.


Resident golfers will also be impressed with the Hampton Hall Golf Club, which features an 18-hole championship course designed by Pete Dye. Practice facilities include a driving range and a chipping and putting green, while the golf clubhouse features a pro shop, locker rooms, meeting rooms and an additional restaurant, Pete’s Grille. Both social and golf memberships are available for the Hampton Hall Golf Club.
