New, low-maintenance villas are now available at Kings Gate in Port Charlotte, Florida.

The real estate market in Southwest Florida continues to grow, with new villas planned for Kings Gate, a 55+ community in Port Charlotte, Florida. Currently, at Kings Gate, there are 940 single-family homes and attached Golf Villas available on a resale basis. The new construction villas will be built by Neal Communities and are expected to start at $221,990.

New Construction Port Charlotte Real Estate

Buyers interested in Kings Gate but also hoping for new construction homes now have an excellent homebuying opportunity. Six models will be available, with two or three bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
