Built by Lennar Homes, this gated active adult community will have 655 single-family and attached homes available to buyers once construction is complete. The price range for these homes will be from the high $100s to the mid $300s. There are lots of amenities and attractions underway in this community, the best one being the clear blue lagoon.

The 55+ Medley community is part of a larger Southshore Bay development, which will include a total of 2,800 homes. Outside of the age-restricted area, residents have already begun moving into the family-friendly homes constructed by D.R. Horton and Holiday.

Medley at Southshore Bay Amenities

The Crystal Lagoon will cover more than five acres, and there will also be an outdoor pool and patio. With a Tiki bar, a dog park, and plenty of trails for walking and biking, it will be easy to get outside and enjoy the ample Florida sunshine. Bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will also be part of the amenity package at Southshore Bay.
