Mosaic at West Creek’s First Section of Homes Sold Out

The first 49 homes in Mosaic at West Creek are already sold.

The first section of homes in Mosaic at West Creek, a new 55+ community in Goochland, Virginia, has officially sold out. Active adult homebuyers in the Richmond area quickly reserved the 49 attached townhomes available in the first section of the age-restricted community. However, with plans for 508 single-family and attached homes total, interested homebuyers still have time to consider the amenities, lifestyles, and home styles offered by this up-and-coming community.

Builder HHHunt Homes began construction of Mosaic at West Creek, the builder’s first 55+ community in the Richmond area, at the end of 2019. The developer also partnered with builders StyleCraft and Schell Brothers to provide homebuyers with modern floor plans from three reputable home builders. In addition to spacious floor plans, residents will be able to enjoy amenities such as two clubhouses, a fitness center, and a resort-style outdoor pool as well as a full social calendar of monthly activities and social gatherings. 

Plans for Mosaic at West Creek

Since the first section of attached homes at Mosaic at West Creek has officially sold out, the developers have announced additional plans and updates for the 55+ community. Upon completion, Mosaic at West Creek will consist of 508 homes total, with 285 single-family and 223 attached townhomes.

The second section of attached townhomes from HHHunt is ready for construction within the community. Additional phases of real estate development will soon be underway as single-family home sites have also been prepared for builders StyleCraft and Schell Brothers to begin construction by the end of March 2021.

The developers have also made progress on the resort-style amenities at Mosaic at West Creek. The first section of walking trails is now complete for homeowners to enjoy throughout all four seasons, with ultimate plans for more than nine miles of trails throughout the community. A dog park is also in the works with an anticipated Spring 2021 opening.

Mosaic at West Creek Homes and Real Estate

Upon completion, Mosaic at West Creek will consist of 285 single-family homes from builders StyleCraft and Schell Brothers and 223 attached townhomes from builder HHHunt Homes. With so many floor plans to consider, interested homebuyers can find the home style that best suits their needs and preferences. Many of the floor plans also offer options for customization and personalization. 

The single-family homes from StyleCraft and Schell Brothers come in seven floor plans that range from approximately 1,661 to 5,210 square feet with two to six bedrooms, two to six bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Many of the one- and two-story homes will feature spacious open layouts, great rooms, kitchens with central islands, owner’s suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, lanais, and patios.

The two-story attached townhomes from HHHunt Homes range from approximately 1,931 to 2,310 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Designed for first-floor living, the homes will feature open concept floor plans, spacious family rooms, eat-in kitchens with central islands, first-floor owner’s suite with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, patios, and screened-in porches.

Amenities and Lifestyle

Residents of Mosaic at West Creek can enjoy a variety of amenities that support an active, physical ,and social lifestyle. The amenities will feature two clubhouses called The Conservatory and The Connexion. The recently completed Conservatory serves as a social gathering space with community kitchens, multipurpose gathering spaces, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit.

The Connexion, currently under construction, will host the community’s fitness center and spacious multipurpose gathering rooms. Outside, residents will have access to a resort-style outdoor pool with a spacious patio. There will also be tennis courts and a barbecue area.

The grounds of Mosaic at West Creek will feature more than nine miles of walking paths, providing residents with plenty of space to explore, exercise, and socialize.

The location of Mosaic at West Creek in Goochland, Virginia puts residents within 20 miles of downtown Richmond and 30 miles of Richmond International Airport, surrounding active adults with opportunities for outdoor recreation, shopping, dining, and arts and culture.
