Residential builder Ashton Woods has unveiled three new floor plans in the Marsh Cove neighborhood in the master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples, Florida. These single-family home plans situated in Marsh Cove offer golf course or water views and are either one or two-story designs.

Ashton Woods designed these new models with Spanish Colonial Revival-inspired exteriors and they feature open great rooms, first-floor master suites, island kitchens, a butler’s pantry, family rooms, and dining rooms. Plans have three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, a study, and attached two-car garages.

Construction on two of the three new floor plans — which include the Valencia (2,503 square feet), Navarra (2,802 square feet), and Aracena (3,512 square feet) — will start this fall. Homebuyers will also have additional customization options available such as French or folding doors, tray ceilings in the master suite and family room, an alternative master bath with a freestanding tub, sliding glass doors, an extended covered lanai, expanded three-car garage, or an additional bedroom. Pricing for these homes starts in the mid $600s.

Ashton Woods plans to introduce a total of eleven single-family floor plans in Marsh Cove at Fiddler’s Creek over the next year. Each home will be designed with the same Spanish Colonial architectural style and range from 2,500 to just over 4,000 square feet. In addition to new floor plans, Fiddler’s Creek provides residents with resort-style amenities such as a 54,000 square-foot amenity center called the Club & Spa as well as the 18-hole Arthur Hills Creek golf course, golf practice facilities, a beach pavilion, and private marina.
