Set in La Quinta, California, Rancho La Quinta is a tranquil retreat for active adults who prefer living in an open-age community. This luxurious community features beautiful Spanish architecture, unique homes and resort-style amenities including two 18-hole golf courses. Its prime location also offers spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and easy access to attractions throughout the Palm Springs area.

Rancho La Quinta was developed between 1994 and 2008 by T.D. Desert Development. Today, the gated community includes 960 homes in both attached and single-family designs. While new construction homes are no longer available, homebuyers of all ages can choose from available resale homes.

The 23,000 square-foot Rancho La Quinta Country Club lets residents freshen up in the locker rooms after a game of golf, stock up in the golf pro shop or share a meal with family or friends. Clubhouse dining options include a main dining room, a private dining room and The Turn Restaurant. There is also a club room with a bar where residents can meet for a drink or casual gathering.

When it comes to golf, Rancho La Quinta Country Club offers two championship 18-hole courses: The Jones and The Pate. The Jones course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. to offer traditional play that spans 7,100 yards. Designed by U.S. Open Champion Jerry Pate, The Pate course provides challenging play with strategically placed water features.

The 7,000 square-foot Racquet Club offers further country club amenities. This inviting facility features a spacious fitness center with locker rooms and state-of-the-art exercise equipment, as well as The Cantina Restaurant and a tennis pro shop. Outdoors, residents can enjoy a large patio, a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and nine tennis courts.

Homes at Rancho La Quinta include attached townhomes and single-family designs in a number of sizes and styles. Single-level townhomes were designed for luxury living with four floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,550 to 2,078 square feet. These homes include two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and attached two-car garages. Some also have separate dens.

Rancho La Quinta’s single-family homes were originally offered in a wide range of designs, with floor plans ranging from 2,038 to 4,243 square feet. These diverse homes offer two to four bedrooms, dens, two to four bathrooms, and two to three-car garages. Open floor plans provide main-level living with luxurious master bedroom suites that feature spa-like bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Homes may also include a variety of upscale touches, such as courtyards, covered patios and separate guest suites.
