The offerings at the private WaterSong Amenity Center—which is expected to be open in early 2021—include a fitness center and a hot tub. Additionally, there will be a social room, which will host gatherings, events, parties, and other activities that will make this community vibrant and welcoming. Residents can also expect pickleball courts and a paw park for their furry friends.
RiverTown’s Extra Amenities
WaterSong's homeowners will also enjoy the established amenities within the RiverTown master-planned community. RiverTown's marquee amenities include Olympic-size and zero-entry pools, a fitness center with modern equipment, a yoga studio, and miles of scenic nature trails.
At the RiverHouse Amenity Complex, residents will find the pools, meeting and multipurpose rooms, a large patio, three Har-Tru tennis courts, a spacious and wide-open outdoor field, and a playground for when the grandchildren visit.
