Valencia Grove at Riverland Adds New Floor Plans

At Valencia Grove at Riverland, the Premier Collection now has new models.

A 55+ community that’s getting a lot of attention in Port St. Lucie is Valencia Grove at Riverland. It currently offers active adults a large selection of new construction single-family homes, and a new collection of models has just been announced, giving homebuyers even more options.

The new models are in the Premier Collection, and they join the existing models in the Regal, Signature, Vintage, and Crown Collections.

Introducing Premier Collection Homes

Homes in The Premier Collection start in the mid $200s. They encompass five models that allow for low-maintenance living and an active, comfortable lifestyle. Anyone who is downsizing, looking for a part-time home during the winter months, or trying to combine affordability with luxury will find these floor plans work well.

The Egret offers 1,355 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Osprey has 1,508 square feet, and The Heron has 1,716 square feet. Both of those models include two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

The Ibis has 1,599 square feet, and The Sandpiper has 1,752 square feet. These homes have two bedrooms and a den, which can also be used as a bedroom for a three-bedroom floor plan. There are two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage in these models.

All homes will be constructed with standard features such as open-concept designs, which include a great room, a gourmet kitchen, and screened and covered patios. Buyers can expect to find updated details like stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Homes for Sale in Port St. Lucie 

These model homes join the other floor plans available to buyers at Valencia Grove at Riverland. The Regal Collection provides four options, all with between 1,842 and 2,254 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. They have an attached two-car garage, outdoor space, and prices that start in the high $200s.

Homes in The Signature Collection start in the mid $300s. These single-family floor plans have between 2,157 and 2,396 square feet. There are models with two to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three bathrooms. Additional features include an attached two-car garage, outdoor patios, and numerous upgrades.

Buyers looking for more garage space will appreciate the Caroline and Julia models in The Vintage Collection. The Bianca also has space in the garage to park a golf cart or a motorcycle in addition to two cars. Homes in this collection have 2,475 to 2,753 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. They start in the high $300s. 

The largest homes are in The Crown Collection. Beginning in the mid $400s, these homes have 2,645 to 3,312 square feet. The three models are Bellagio, Carlyle, and Charleston Grande. They have three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. 

Valencia Grove at Riverland

Located in the master-planned community of Riverland on Florida’s Treasure Coast, Valencia Grove at Riverland offers active adults an opportunity to live in an age-restricted community with new homes, amenities aimed at socially engaged lifestyles, and easy proximity to the beach, golf courses, and shopping. 

Two large amenity centers are available to residents. The Club at Valencia Grove is a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse that includes multipurpose rooms, a social hall, a bar, a catering kitchen, and a sports lounge that’s attached to a private restaurant. There’s also a billiards room and space for cards and games. 

The second clubhouse is The Sports and Racquet Club, which includes a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard. Outside of the main clubhouse, residents will be able to swim laps in the resort-style pool, enjoy the spa, and gather around the sunny patio and the firepit. There are walking paths and bike trails throughout the community.
