If you can’t decide between a condo or a single-family home Nolan’s Ridge offers both, with a total of 156 resale homes on a lovely property just outside of the woodsy Berkshire Valley Wildlife Management Area. The 96 condo units are located in secure elevator buildings and come in eight models sized from 1,482 to 1,867 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies or patios, and optional fireplaces.

This second Mount Arlington community was completed in 2005, and it has 144 resale condos with the word “downsizing” written all over them. The monthly HOA fee provides for certain community services like exterior building maintenance as well as snow and trash removal.
There are two floor plans available, and these units are sized from 1,467 to 1,867 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and underground garage parking. Upgrades may include hardwood floors, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and recessed lighting.
