Del Webb Announces Floor Plans for Carolina Gardens

Interested homebuyers can now take a look at the floor plans available at Carolina Gardens in Fuquay-Varina.

Del Webb officially announced the floor plans that will be available within its newest active adult community, Carolina Gardens. Located in Fuquay-Varina just outside of North Carolina’s renowned Research Triangle, Carolina Gardens will feature 800 single-family homes with price points starting in the high $200s.

The age-restricted neighborhood will offer potential homeowners 11 floor plans to choose from. Plans range from 1,284 to 2,710 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.

Official Floor Plans at Carolina Gardens

The Alpine Model

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Alpine model is the smallest plan available within Carolina Gardens. It spans 1,284 square feet, offering homeowners an open floor plan with a kitchen and gathering spaces that are ideal for entertaining guests. There are also several options to customize the layout and include other desirable features like a sunroom or a screened lanai that extends the living area.

The Contour Model

Slightly larger than the Alpine, the single-level Contour model features 1,343 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. It also offers an open layout with an optional covered lanai and patio extension.

The Compass Model

Homes built using the single-story Compass model can have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The 1,403-square-foot plan boasts an expansive kitchen with a center island and granite countertops as well as a spacious gathering room and cafe area. The plan’s flex space is located directly off the foyer and can be used as an office or library.

The Prosperity Model

Carolina Gardens’ Prosperity home model is 1,670 square feet, and it offers two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The layout is designed with an open floor plan that easily flows from room to room. It also has a master suite with a walk-in closet, a large laundry room, a flex space that can be used as a den area, and a covered lanai that’s ideal for outdoor entertaining.

The Mystique Model

The Mystique model starts at 1,809 square feet and can have two to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. This particular layout features a master suite with a large bath and walk-in closet as well as an extra bedroom for guests. There’s also flex space available that can be used as an additional bedroom or office.

The Palmary Model

Another single-story model to consider is the Palmary, a 1,858-square-foot floor plan with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The ranch-style home has a spacious kitchen with a lot of counter space and a walk-in pantry. There’s also plenty of storage space throughout the home, and the generously sized master suite features a walk-in closet.

The Mainstay Model

Plans for the Mainstay model begin at 1,871 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The model’s layout is centered around the kitchen, which leads into a cafe area and a large walk-in pantry. Other features include tray ceilings and an owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. There’s also a private outdoor patio area for owners to enjoy.

The Prestige Model

The one-story Prestige model features 2,080 square feet of living space, two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Plans include a master suite and second bedroom that both have their own bathrooms, an open kitchen layout with a walk-in pantry, plus an optional covered lanai or sunroom.

The Stardom Model

Natural light and openness are the main focus of the community’s Stardom model. The plan offers 2,179 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two- or three-car garage. Its flowing layout features a large kitchen that leads into a gathering room and a covered lanai. From the gathering room, homeowners can reach the owner’s suite, while the guest bedroom is across the house, providing plenty of privacy for both spaces.

The Renown Model

Starting at 2,710 square feet, the Renown model offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The main features of the model include a large kitchen island, an owner’s suite with dual walk-in closets, and a flex room that can be turned into a library or office.

The Stellar Model

The community’s largest model is the Stellar, which offers 2,385 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three-car garage. As the heart of the home, the gathering room flows into an open kitchen and cafe area, making it easy to entertain guests. The master suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, allowing privacy for homeowners and their guests.
