Active adults may be particularly interested in the low-maintenance condos, which begin at 1,100 square feet and are located in low to mid-rise buildings. New residents can expect to find a strong sense of community and support for an active lifestyle. This begins at the 40,000 square-foot clubhouse, a central hub for social and recreational activities. The main clubhouse contains two restaurants and a spacious ballroom which is ideal for banquets, parties and many different community events.

The Tartan Grille offers impressive views of the golf course’s twin islands, while the Brigadoon Lounge and Patio is an ideal place for a casual gathering or pre-dinner drink. There are also practice facilities to help resident golfers brush up their skills between games.

The two 18-hole golf courses at Fiddlesticks Country Club feature impressive landscaping and exciting play.

In addition to the main clubhouse, the 7,000 square-foot tennis and fitness center provides additional amenities. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as a separate aerobics studio for group fitness classes. Outdoors, residents can enjoy friendly competition with eight Har-Tru tennis courts or enjoy a swim in the junior Olympic-sized heated swimming pool.
