1. Terramor – Corona, CA
Located within the master-planned community of Terramor in Southern California’s Temescal Valley, this active adult community will feature two distinct 55+ neighborhoods named Ardena and Cortina. This active adult community will be Del Webb’s first age-restricted development in Wilmington, NC and will be situated within the master-planned development of RiverLights. Although final floor plans have yet to be released, GL Homes will offer 20 stunning single-family floor plans.
