The three attached models range from 1,420 to 1,720 square feet with one to two bedrooms, one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half baths, dens, patios, and one-car garages.
There are 21 single-family models from 700 to 1,530 square feet with one to two bedrooms and bathrooms, carports or garages, and optional patios and dens. Homeowners’ association (HOA) dues vary slightly depending on the model.
Homeowners enjoy countless amenities here, including the 9-hole Clearbrook Golf Course. Renaissance at Raritan Valley - Franklin Township

This Somerset County retirement community was completed in 2009 and has 344 resale condo and single-family homes and some very desirable amenities. Renaissance at Raritan Valley has six three-story buildings that contain 108 condominiums. Each unit ranges from 1,565 to 2,050 square feet, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and attached one-car garages.
The 236 single-family homes range from 1,598 to 1,942 square feet, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Options include cathedral ceilings, patios, and breakfast nooks. The community's HOA fees cover trash and snow collection and exterior and common area maintenance.
The majority of the impressive amenities are in and around the clubhouse, including a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a cafe, and a ballroom. There are activities and clubs for every interest, including ceramics, aqua aerobics, casino trips, a veteran’s club, and the Healthy Bones Club.
The Pointe at Turnbury - Monmouth Junction

The Pointe at Turnbury is a newer 55+ community with 190 resale attached homes built by Millennium Homes in 2014. Also in Middlesex County, it offers seven well-designed floor plans ranging from 1,844 to 2,508 square feet. That have two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths, and attached two-car garages. Luxury features include gourmet kitchens, cathedral ceilings, and first-floor master suites.
The monthly HOA fee provides for lawn care, snow removal, and other services.
