St. George, Utah is seeing a huge surge of new active adult residents.

One of the fastest-growing areas in the country, St. George, Utah has emerged as a popular retirement destination thanks to its temperate climate and scenic beauty. SunRiver St. George

Located on the outskirts of St. George, SunRiver St. George is a beautiful 55+ community of 2,300 single-family new and resale homes. The community began construction in 1998 and features well-constructed homes that range in size from 1,008 to 3,184 square feet. There are 20 floor plans to choose from, with many homes offering optional spaces such as extended garages, patios, and flex spaces. Many of the homes provide views of the nearby attractions, including Pine Valley Mountain, the Zion National Park, and the golf course.

Amenity-wise, SunRiver St. George features a large clubhouse where residents will find an array of things to do. For staying in shape, the clubhouse includes the NewLife Fitness Center, which comes complete with workout equipment, an aerobics studio, and an indoor swimming pool. Other rooms include a ballroom and multi-purpose rooms, where residents can meet for the many offered clubs at SunRiver St. George. Examples include a book club, computer club, a theater program, and more. Outside, residents will find even more to do, like pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis, and lawn bowling.

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club

Entrada at Snow Canyon is a private equity country club community that is built around an 18-hole championship golf course. Featuring 1,682 single-family and attached homes, Entrada at Snow Canyon features a variety of home options that range anywhere from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet for patio homes to over 10,000 square feet for large custom estates. Many of the homes provide views of Red Mountain and are within close proximity to hiking and biking trails.

The main highlight of the community is the 18-hole championship golf course. Brio started construction in 2014 and is comprised of 610 single-family homes. Each home ranges from 1,595 to 2,773 square feet and offers two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage. Some homes offer features such as extra spaces for a den or office, dual master bedrooms, large courtyards, tray ceilings, and gas fireplaces.

For entertainment, Brio provides residents a 14,500 square-foot clubhouse, Here, residents will find a 1,500 state-of-the-art fitness center that has both cardiovascular and weight-training equipment.
