Perched at an elevation of 3,000 feet, Sun City Oro Valley is a 55+ active adult community near Tucson, Arizona with pleasant year-round weather and scenic views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The semi-private View Golf Club at Oro Valley is a prime jewel of Sun City Oro Valley. This par 72, 18-hole golf course provides residents with fabulous scenic views and challenging play. The course is spread across 6,759 yards of rolling terrain with multiple tee boxes to meet the needs of any golfer. The course was designed by Greg Nash to challenge players and capitalize on the area’s breathtaking mountain and high desert views.

Luxurious Amenities

Even residents who don’t play golf are almost sure to find amenities that appeal to their active adult lifestyles. With three spacious clubhouses, Sun City Oro Valley clearly offers a wide range of amenities.

The Mountain Vista Recreation Center includes a sports and activity complex with a fitness center, dance studio, and auditorium. The arts and crafts facilities feature space for numerous activities such as ceramics, lapidary, sewing, and woodworking.

The Desert Oasis Recreation Center houses several multipurpose rooms and the Catalina Vista clubhouse offers additional craft facilities, a photography studio, and a billiards room.

Amenities continue throughout the grounds surrounding the community clubhouses. Residents can relax at the outdoor swimming pools or make use of the winding walking and biking trails.
