The Windjammer — Stuart

Located on the St. Lucie River, residents enjoy captivating views of the water and have access to heated boat docks. There are three outdoor pools, three patios, and a clubhouse with several multipurpose rooms for activities and social events.
Homes at The Windjammer are affordable and low-maintenance. Spread out in nine buildings around the community, the community’s resale properties feature floor plans between 1,137 and 1,305 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each building has an elevator, and there are screened porches and glass-enclosed balconies. Stuart is less than half an hour from Port St. Lucie, and golfers will enjoy being close to courses such as Martin County Golf Course and Willoughby Golf Club.
Indian River Colony Club — Melbourne

There are just under 1,000 properties in Kings Isle, and the most affordable homes are the Courtyard Homes, which are between 969 and 1,453 square feet. They have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an assigned parking spot, which is covered. There are four floor plans to choose from.
To supplement the community amenities, Kings Isle is close to shopping and dining, as well as golf courses. It’s also just a few minutes from the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens.
Palm Grove — Fort Pierce
