Hamilton Walk features a variety of floor plans, several amenities, and a convenient location in the Lehigh Valley close to shopping, dining, golfing, and skiing.
Here’s what prospective buyers should know about Hamilton Walk:
Floor Plans and Features
The up-and-coming community features five single-family home models. Each model boasts open layouts with main floor living. Floor plans for the low-maintenance ranch homes range from 1,664 square feet to 2,015 square feet and two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. A couple of layouts also include den areas.
Features that can be found in most of the residences include large bedrooms, generously sized walk-in closets, kitchens with plenty of counter space, and covered porches. Several of the home models offer upgrade options like expansive owners’ suites, fireplaces, breakfast nooks, and sizable flex spaces that can be used as bedrooms, offices, or extra storage space. Some plans also have the option to add on a loft that would include an additional bedroom and bathroom, providing plenty of space to host out-of-town guests.
Hamilton Walk’s list of amenities includes a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, multipurpose rooms, an outdoor pool, a patio area, and pickleball and bocce courts. Residents will also have access to walking and nature trails throughout the property. As the community grows there are plans for several organized clubs and interest groups for residents to join and socialize.
Beyond its amenities, Hamilton Walk is also conveniently located near several shopping centers, restaurants, and medical facilities. Homeowners who love to stay active and spend time outdoors will truly appreciate the community’s close vicinity to a variety of golf courses, ski resorts, and parks. Resident travelers are also in luck, with the Lehigh Valley International Airport only 25 minutes away.
