Multiple builders have contributed to the 326 single-family and attached homes that will ultimately make up this neighborhood. Granada Homes offers four villa-style homes, starting with the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Buttonwood model. It has about 1,571 square feet. Other homes in this collection have dens, an extra half bathroom, and up to 1,632 square feet.
Gallery Homes of Deland is a local builder with nine new construction models available in this community, ranging from 1,708 to 2,235 square feet. These properties have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage.
Finally, there are five new construction models from Holiday Builders Homes, with two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 1,517 to 2,003 square feet.
