Here are the best-selling communities of 2019 in Illinois.
Mid $100s - Mid $400s
Sun City Huntley, the largest 55+ community in Illinois, is about 50 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This age-restricted development consists of 5,489 single-family, attached, and condominium homes.
