Low $300s

Lennar’s one- and two-story villa floor plans offer two to four bedrooms, including a first-floor master suite. Desirable features like gourmet kitchens with oversized center islands, open-concept central living areas, designer upgrades, and back patios make these homes elegant and comfortable.

Lennar offers an "Everything’s Included" program with upgrades like wide-plank flooring, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. They also feature home automation features, like Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Home Design, thermostats, and security systems, all at no extra cost to homebuyers.

Caruso Homes Collection

High $300s - High $400s

Caruso offers four single-family models, all with interior and exterior Craftsman-style details, custom options, and two different elevations. They all feature main-level living, custom options, and outdoor living space.

Puccini II

1440 Square Feet

This model has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. At the front of the house, there's the garage on the right and a concrete porch on the left. The luxury owner’s suite is at the back of the house, and it's adjacent to an owner’s bath beside the great room. There's also a dining room right off the kitchen, and the second and third bedrooms are on the right side. Options include owner’s sitting rooms, bay windows, sunrooms, screened-in porches, and sky basements.


1661 Square Feet

The Kellaway model has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage with a door that opens into the kitchen. 1771 Square Feet

The Ives has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Like the Kellaway, it has a den that you can make into a third bedroom, and a second bedroom by the front entrance. Ives has a family room beside the large, open kitchen/dining room area. The appealing owner’s suite measures 12’1” x 16’1”. Desirable options include gas fireplaces, tray ceilings, upgraded owner’s bathrooms, and screened-in patios.


1957 Square Feet

Caruso’s largest floor plan has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, a den, an attached two-car garage. As you walk in, there is a den to the left of the garage, which opens into an entryway with a foyer and gallery. This passes by a powder room and then opens up into the kitchen.

The Hayes also features a family room between the open dining room and master bedroom. This model has two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, a den, a walk-in pantry, a garage workshop, an entertaining island, a welcoming outdoor living space, and an attached two-car garage. The owner’s suite is at the back of the house, next to the open kitchen area and outdoor living space. Upgrades include extended sunrooms, outdoor living areas, and screened-in porches; you can also opt for extra storage and sitting rooms.

The Curator

1767 - 2765 Square Feet

The Curator has two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, a den, built-in extra storage, a covered outdoor living area, and an attached two-car garage. At the front of the house, you have the garage on the right and a den to the left. Walking down the entryway, you'll pass a second bedroom on the left, pass through the open kitchen, and arrive at the owner’s suite on the back right. The Curator has sought-after options like an exterior fireplace, a Roman shower, and a chef’s kitchen.

The Virtuoso
