Park Place Estates is a small 55+ community, with only 73 attached homes, but that’s how residents like it. Yard sales, card games, and other community events are held frequently. The clubhouse includes an exercise room, a game room, and a lounge. There’s also a catering kitchen, media room, and library. A pool, patio, and bocce ball court are also well-used.

Screened porches, walk-in closets, and large eat-in kitchens are common features in these comfortable homes.
There’s golf available at the 18-hole Kings Gate executive golf course.
