Residences

Development of Cascades at River Hall was begun in 2006 by Levitt and Sons. In 2010, after the first 96 homes were completed, the community was acquired by Pinnacle Cascades, LLC. Development continues today with plans for a total of 575 single-family homes and a 5,000 square-foot clubhouse. Homebuyers can currently choose from available resale and new construction homes.  

Homes in Cascades at River Hall are designed to meet the needs of diverse active adult residents. Over a dozen thoughtfully designed floor plans are spread across three home collections: the Garden Series, the Harmony Series and the Estate Series. Homes throughout the community include upscale standard features, such as 8-foot doors, vaulted ceilings, energy-efficient systems, covered patios, and attached two-car garages.

Gourmet kitchens boast ceramic tiles and stainless steel appliances, while master bedroom suites have spa-like bathrooms with cultured marble tubs and vanity tops. Set on 47-foot homesites, homes in the Garden Series range from 1,500 to 1,700 square feet. Each plan has two bedrooms, a den or third bedroom, and two full bathrooms.

The Harmony Series features larger homes, with floor plans from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet and 55-foot homesites. Designs include two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and optional dens. With layouts from 2,100 to 2,400 square feet, and 65-foot homesites, the Estate Series offers the largest homes in the community. These spacious homes feature two to four bedrooms, and two to three bathrooms. The additional space also allows for separate family rooms, dining rooms, breakfast nooks, and optional dens.

Beyond offering homes designed for residents aged 55 or better, this Fort Myers active adult community also provides for secure, low-maintenance living. Association fees include lawn care, community maintenance, basic digital cable, and high speed Internet. The community has a 24/7 guard-gated entrance, and homes are built with standard high-tech security systems monitored by an off-site center.

Residents can join the Davis Love III 18-hole golf course and enjoy special perks there, as well as at other nearby courses.

Amenities

Construction of the spacious Cascades at River Hall clubhouse is set to begin in 2014. The facility will house popular amenities, including a fitness center, hobby and game rooms, a multipurpose room and an outdoor swimming pool.

In the meantime, current residents can access the neighboring Verandah community clubhouse for a fee. Resident golfers also have the option of purchasing a membership at the Davis Love III Golf Course. The annual fee includes access to the 18-hole championship course, the practice facilities and the Caloosa Grille, as well as a 20 percent discount at the golf pro shop. In addition, members of the Davis Love III Golf Course also have access to the other Florida golf courses serviced by Hampton Golf Management.
