Located approximately 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Solena at The Vineyards offers potential residents an enviable location with affordable prices. The community will feature 200 single-family homes upon final completion with five floor plans available. Homes are on the market as new construction and range from 1,591 to 2,099 square feet of living space. Each plan offers single-story living with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

Notable indoor amenities within Solena at The Vineyards include an expansive clubhouse, a fitness center, a business center, and a multi-purpose room. The Meridians

The Meridians community is also located within 20 minutes of Charlotte, and it will feature a total of 73 single-family residences upon completion. The development’s new construction homes will range from 1,661 to 3,138 square feet with a variety of floor plans offering two to six bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages.

Residents of The Meridians will have access to several amenities, including The Palisades Country Club, an 18-hole golf course, The Palisades Sports Complex, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and patio, and seven tennis courts. Potential homebuyers have nine floor plans to choose between. Plans range from 1,137 to 1,992 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.

The list of indoor amenities at The Polo Club at Mountain Island Lake includes a clubhouse with a multi-purpose room, a catering kitchen, an exercise room, and a lounge. Outdoor amenities range from a pool and patio with a grill to scenic ponds and walking and biking trails.

The Vineyards on Lake Wylie

Well-liked for its desirable location along Lake Wylie’s shoreline, The Vineyards on Lake Wylie rounds out our list of communities in Charlotte with homes on the market under $300s. The Vineyards on Lake Wylie consists of 430 single-family and attached homes that are only available on a resale basis. There are several floor plans available.

Attached homes within the development vary between 1,820 to 2,026 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The largest plan also includes a den. Single-family residences range between 1,356 to 2,755 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and a one- or two-car garage.

The community offers its residents a myriad of amenities, including a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center; an outdoor pool; tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and bocce courts; soccer fields; a playground; a dog park; and 50 boat slips. There’s also additional space on the property for RV parking.
