Attractive Floor Plans

Builder Traton Homes currently has plans to build a total of 95 single-family homes at the site just off Mars Hill Road. There are three floor plans available, ranging from 1,782 to 2,053 square feet. Each model will feature two or three bedrooms, two or three full bathrooms, and an attached two-and-a-half-car garage. While the homes are designed with first-floor living in mind, owners will have the option to add a second story living space, perfect for a guest suite, a home office, or a crafting space.

These homes have open-concept features that lend the living spaces an airy yet inviting feel. Expansive kitchens with large center islands and walk-in pantries will make entertaining a breeze. Owners’ suites, located on the first floor, have a spa-inspired bathroom and plenty of space in their walk-in closets. Also, each home has its own private courtyard which can be configured for outdoor living as a sunroom or a screened-in porch.

Desirable Amenities

At the entrance of the community, there will be a clubhouse that will serve as the social hub of the neighborhood. Inside, residents will have plenty of space for gathering in the great room or kitchen. Outdoors, the pool will be ringed by an expansive patio, perfect for soaking in the Georgia sun. A bocce ball court and outdoor firepit complete the picture, making the clubhouse an attractive venue for community get-togethers or private events.
