Heritage of Hawk Ridge is a high-end active adult community in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. This gated community has single-family and attached homes constructed by several builders beginning in 2009. Still under construction, the community has plans for 515 homes priced from the low $200s to high $400s.
There are several home styles available from multiple builders. Pulte offers five different low-maintenance, single-family homes. Models are designed to complement an active adult lifestyle. Floor plans from this builder feature one to three bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. All models feature two-car garages.
Plans range in size from 1,399 to 2,254 square feet and include nine-foot ceilings on main floors as well as sodded lawns out front.
Previous builder, US Homes, constructed attached and single-family homes which are available for resale. Whitaker Homes, which took over development, offers three different single-family floor plans.
Buyers will find plenty of ways to stay entertained at Heritage of Hawk Ridge. An upscale 10,000 square-foot clubhouse offers several options for active adults, including a fitness center, arts and crafts room, and ballroom. Those looking for a game will find table tennis and billiards tables.
