The affordable homes in Sun City Aliante were originally built and sold by Del Webb between 2003 and 2008. The community now contains 2,028 single-family homes which are available on a resale basis. During development, homes were offered in seven single-family floor plans ranging in size from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. Each design had a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Many homes offered an additional den or third bedroom as well.
