In 2015, Shea Homes introduced Trilogy at Verde River, a resort community located in Rio Verde, Arizona. With plans to eventually include 1,285 single-family homes, they initially started building residences across two neighborhoods: Four Peaks Shadow and Mazatzal View. Named for the mountains that many residents can see from their homes, these neighborhoods filled up quickly with residents looking for the golf resort lifestyle located here.
In March, Shea Homes announced that they would be adding a 55+ neighborhood to Trilogy at Verde River. Now, they’re asking homebuyers and potential residents to help them name the new neighborhood.
In the same spirit of the first two neighborhoods, four names they’ve put up for consideration are all inspired by areas in the nearby Tonto National Forest.
- Salome Vista, named for the Salome Wilderness Area
- Sierra Ancha Ridge, named for the Sierra Ancha Mountain Range
- Horseshoe Bend, named for Horseshoe Reservoir
- Saguaro Wash, named for Saguaro Lake
You can make your selection in their poll here. Voting ends at the end of the day on Friday, May 25.
