1. Cresswind at Lake Lanier – Gainesville, GA

This tranquil, gated 55+ community in Gainesville, GA, offers residents a luxurious 36,000 square-foot, three-story clubhouse called The Club at Cresswind. This impressive clubhouse has all of the superb amenities that support an active and healthy lifestyle.
