Designed to sit on smaller lots, affordable homes in the Monterey Series range in size from 1,197 to 1,551 square feet. There are three floor plans in this collection, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. The largest of the three also has a separate den.
The Sonoma Series features four slightly larger floor plans, ranging in size from 1,539 to 1,856 square feet. The largest model has a three-car garage.
Offering the largest homes, the Napa Series also has four floor plans each with a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage. Floor plans range from 2,015 to 2,450 square feet, and these homes are typically built on larger homesites. They also have additional features such as eat-in kitchens and covered patios. Homes in the Sonoma and Napa Series have optional basements as well.
